NSF Developments Limited is a consultancy firm with over 30 years of experience supporting government agencies, charities and international NGOs to implement model school programmes, education sector reforms, system strengthening, and advocacy and campaigns for girls’ education in Nigeria.
NSF has extensive experience in teacher training, school development, materials development, and digital literacy. In collaboration with various partners, the Company has conducted assessments, designed and implemented girls’ education projects.
The Company operates at its Head Office located at Plot 1025 (590F), Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, FCT with Branch Offices at No. 16 Kwame Nkrumah Crescent, Asokoro Abuja and No. 2, Hudco Quarters, High Level, Makurdi, Benue State.
The Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) has accredited the Company to deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes for teachers and is also accredited by the Centre for Management Development (CMD) to conduct leadership training.

NSF Developments Limited is a Limited Liability Company with a Non- Executive Chairman and an Advisory Board. The Company has four key technical staff and works with Independent Consultants and strategic partners to leverage resources and competencies to deliver good quality educational services.
Executive Director & Lead Consultant
Nguyan Shaku Feese (Ph.D.) manages the day-to-day affairs of the Company. Nguyan, a teacher, a teacher educator, a development consultant and an advocate for women and youth empowerment, has extensive experience in Educational Management, specifically in the areas of education planning, policy influencing, pre-service and in-service teacher training and institutional and organisation development. Nguyan has worked on several development programmes to support relevant federal and state Education Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs) to implement organisation reforms in pre- and in-service teacher training and early childhood education, for over twenty years. Using innovative approaches, Nguyan has led a team of national and international experts to design training programmes and to develop materials to improve the pedagogical skills and content knowledge of cadres of trainers who have trained 1,000 teacher educators; 4,605 student teachers; 4,659 JSS students; and 99,000 primary school teachers using a low-cost sustainable model of continuing professional development. Nguyan Feese holds a Ph.D. in Guidance and Counselling; A Master Degree in Educational Administration (M.Ed.); A Master in Public Administration (MPA); A Bachelor of Arts in English Literature; and a Graduate Certificate in Education. Nguyan is a Certified Trainer with the Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN); Member Nigerian Institute of Management, Member Nigerian Institute of Public Relations; and Member Counselling Association of Nigeria.
